Ordering Online Ordering online is easy when you use our online shopping cart. Just click on the  buttons of the items you'd like to purchase.To view what's in your shopping cart and/or to checkout, click on the Shopping Cart & Checkout button at the top
right of each page.
You'll be able to make any quantity changes, see shipping
charges, tax (shipments to Arizona only) and your totals, add
any additional messages or comments or enter discount coupons or gift
certificate vouchers. There is a Continue Shopping button on the
checkout page so you'll be able to return to the page you came
from.ABOUT SALES TAX: If your purchase is being shipped to an Arizona address, you must pay sales tax. As the saying goes, we don't charge sales tax, we just collect it. PLEASE NOTE: Your financial and personal information is securely protected. See Payment Options and Your Security below for additional information. When you checkout, please be sure to provide your complete and accurate name, address, phone number and e-mail address (ex: yourname@yahoo.com). You will receive a confirmation e-mail listing the items in your order, the amount paid, method of payment and name, address, phone and e-mail on the order. If there are any errors, please e-mail sales@serenescentsations.com, as soon as possible, so they can be corrected. We want to be sure to send your items to the right person at the right address and be able to contact you in case of a change in the order. Ordering by US Mail If you are not comfortable ordering or using a credit card online and would prefer to mail your order to us, a Mail Order Form is available to print and send with your payment. Print out the Mail Order Form, complete the necessary information, include your money order or cashier's check and send it to: Serene Scentsations c/o LizzieTee Designs 399 N Doeskin Place Tucson, Arizona 85748 We do not take credit card orders over the phone or through the mail. If you want to pay with a credit card, please do so online. We use PayPal and yes, it's safe and easy to use! Payment Options and Your Security Just add your items to the cart, then click on the Shopping Cart & Checkout button at the top right of each page. You will be given a choice of payment options...just choose which one works best for you. We accept all major credit cards and bank transfers through PayPal only. Please don't let the "register with PayPal" message scare you. You don't have to register for a PayPal account if you don't want to...you'll still be able to pay with your credit card. learn more about the international shipping process.Wholesale Orders Many of our products are available for bulk wholesale purchasing. If you are a business, please contact sales@serenescentsations.com for information and pricing. Shipping Most items will be shipped within 7-10 business days. Please be aware of the processing order times, PRIOR to shipping, for the following Aromatherapy & Scents products: Aroma Therapy Beads: 2 to 8 days Fragrance Oils: 1 to 2 days Natural Air Fresheners: 2 to 3 days Potpourri: 3 to 7 days Room Air Fresheners (Smelly Jelly): 2 days Scented Crystals: 3 to 7 days Vacuum Cleaner Fresheners: 2 days If an item is out of stock, backordered or delayed, you will be contacted and advised of an expected delivery date. You will only be charged for the items shipped, not the back orders. You will also be given the option of waiting for the back orders to arrive or having your payment for those items refunded. All items are ground shipped using FedEx, UPS, USPS Priority Mail or USPS Parcel Post. We do NOT ship to PO Boxes nor do we ship COD. We want you to receive your purchases so please be sure to provide your accurate name, address, phone number and e-mail address when ordering.
